This standard is for a near-white or colored exterior flat latex based paint, produced by the collection and consolidation of post consumer exterior latex paint. For purposes of this standard, consolidated post consumer exterior latex paint must contain a minimum of 95% post consumer paint, with a maximum of 5% by volume secondary industrial materials, or virgin materials.
