Latex, Interior, Institutional Low Odor/VOC, Flat (MPI Gloss Level 1)

Note: Requires a properly-prepared Level 4 drywall finish (i.e. assuming no critical lighting conditions).

A white or colored flat latex paint with low odor characteristics and a VOC of less than 10 grams per liter. For use in areas such as hospitals and other occupied buildings where the odor and VOC levels of conventional latex products would preclude their use.
