This standard is for a near-white or colored eggshell-like latex based paint, produced by the collection and consolidation of post consumer latex paint.
For purposes of this standard, consolidated post consumer latex paint must contain a minimum of 95% post consumer paint, with a maximum of 5% by volume secondary industrial materials, or virgin materials.
