Primer, Vinyl Wash

A two component, vinyl butyral/phosphoric acid wash primer used over cleaned metal surfaces and zinc rich primers, as a tie coat for subsequent priming with anti-corrosive primers or finish coatings. Application is generally only by spray but small areas may be brushed. Film thickness should not be less or greater than 7.5 - 10 microns as this can affect adhesion.
