MPI # 99 Sealer, Water Based, for Concrete Floors
A water based, acrylic co-polymer emulsion type, clear sealer for interior and exterior horizontal concrete floors, decks and exposed aggregate driveways and walkways. Specified for use in residential and light to moderate traffic commercial locations. Oil, gasoline, alkali and water resistant. Generally applied by low pressure spray, but rolling and brushing can be used for small areas.
